With over 60,000 expected attendees, Dreamforce 2017 is set to be a spectacle unlike any other. The excitement doesn’t stop after official event hours either, as San Francisco lights up with after parties. And, few after parties are as highly anticipated as the WalkMe Dreamforce After-party.^[1]

This year, Geopointe has teamed up with WalkMe Inc. as an Official Platinum Sponsor to put on the best party to date. To elaborate on what makes this after-party such a hot ticket, we asked WalkMe’s Marketing Manager, Ryan Trujillo, to share some insights into the event.

How many years has WalkMe been hosting this after-party?

This year will be our third. When it started in 2015, it was a small happy hour. In 2016, we held the party at Love + Propaganda which was a huge success. This year we’re going all-out to host one of, if not the best events at Dreamforce 2017.

After last year’s event, what were people talking about most?

At last year’s event, people enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The cocktails were delicious, DJ Nima (returning this year) was fantastic, and overall it was an amazing opportunity for networking and dancing.

What’s the most exciting addition to this year’s party?

This year we’re excited about a few things. We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with 15 companies with revolutionary product offerings that significantly impact the Salesforce platform. Additionally, we’re excited to host the party at a much larger venue (additional 1,000 capacity) just a block away from Dreamforce (Moscone Center).

How quickly do you anticipate the party will fill-up? When should people arrive?

People should plan on arriving early to ensure early access to the party. Also, we recommend that everyone sign up, as registration is free and required to attend! The gates will open right at 8 p.m., but people will arrive to wait in line as early as 7 p.m. We anticipate we’ll reach full-capacity by 9 p.m., but people constantly flow in-and-out of the venue. people are required to register to attend & even if you haven’t decided, we suggest you register to ensure you save your spot.

What does the party offer in term of networking opportunities for attendees?

Last year over 2,000 people attended the party and over 5,000 people registered. We not only met new customers, but we also had the opportunity to spend quality time socializing with current valued customers and prospects. The party allows for business professionals to step away from their busy lives to mingle with other professionals and enjoy the Dreamforce experience.
