While you can gain important business insights into team productivity through the use of Geopointe’s mapping abilities and its other add-ons like Assignment Areas, Route Planner, and Live Vehicle and Asset Tracking, Geopointe is also designed to empower action. With the new Performance Scorecard, sales teams are more productive, reps are inspired to achieve more, and leaders have real-time visibility of team members’ performance to better manage their teams.
Available for mobile and desktop use, Performance Scorecard is a Geopointe add-on powered by LevelEleven’s Performance Management System that clearly defines and tracks rep’s most important selling behaviors against the goals set by management. This add-on empowers leaders with a manager scorecard that provides a live view into team performance and keeps reps engaged with a personal scorecard to better understand how their daily behaviors are impacting results. Users also have the option to “map records” from their scorecard for a geographic view of the behaviors shown in scorecards, or drill down into the records in Performance Scorecard for more insight.
The manager scorecard provides real-time visibility into your field team’s activity at a glance. Sales leaders can view team member performance and pacing towards targets for key selling activities such as planned visits, visit check-ins, status updates, and follow-up tasks or other actions taken. As a result, leaders are able to understand what their reps are doing day-to-day, better manage their team, keep reps on track to achieve goals, and take action when an individual is not performing as expected.
Reps have a clear view of activity goals and are able to measure their performance against their targets, allowing them to self-manage using the scorecard insights. They also have the ability to compare their own activity against team members’ performance, driving competition and personal growth. Reps are driven to keep activity levels high, enter information into CRM, and stay out of the bottom of the rankings. By driving higher activity for key selling actions, field sales results improve.
