Geopointe Supports Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation

The Geopointe team is coming together to support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and join the fight to end cancer. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for research of new treatments and cures for childhood cancer. It was founded in honor of Alexandra Scott, who held her first lemonade stand at the age of four and raised over $2,000. Alex passed away in 2004 but not without achieving her goal of raising $1 million and inspiring millions.

Geopointe’s local hero and inspiration is C.J. Banaszek. C.J. lost his battle with leukemia in 2014 but left a lasting impact on his family, friends, and community in Petaluma, CA. His bravery, loving nature and sense of humor inspired his community to come together in his support.

From now until Friday, June 9th, the Geopointe team will be fundraising with all contributions going towards Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. This Friday, June 9th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Geopointe team will host a lemonade stand of their own at 775 Baywood Drive Petaluma, CA. We welcome the community to stop by and purchase a cup of lemonade in support of this great cause. If you are unable to stop by in person but wish to contribute, donations can be made online via the Geopointe Team Page.
